Every plan shares the same routine servicing, breakdown attendance and refrigerant terms. Full written scope is provided before you sign.

Common To Every Plan

What all three contracts include

These terms do not change between plans, so they are stated once rather than repeated three times.

4 services a year

One wet service and three dry services, scheduled across the contract year.

Immediate breakdown attendance

Contract holders are attended immediately in the event of a breakdown.

Refrigerant charging

Gas charging at the time of compressor, sensor or four-way valve replacement, other than where caused by environmental corrosion.

Written scope

Covered parts and exclusions stated in full before you sign — not after the first breakdown.

Compare

Where the three plans differ

Routine servicing, breakdown attendance and refrigerant charging are identical across all three. The choice comes down to how spare parts are handled.
